• Researched, developed, produced, and edited the orientation training video for the Content Operations desk.
• Became proficient using programs like NewsFlex, Presentation Planner, and Report-It to virtual report on news stories, organize sources, and navigate the editorial process.
• Helped facilitate raw audio recordings of various news events worldwide for NPR’s shows and news desks.
• Helped reporters at NPR’s member stations track the demographic information of their guests and sources more accurately.
• Helped at least four NPR shows migrate their claims to cover the releases of almost 240 books in 2022 onto a virtual planner board that organized the claims by month and ficton or non-fiction.
• Reviewed and updated training guides that helped NPR journalists and producers virtually organize their sources, and publish their stories by the deadline.
